In applying for insurance products and services with Security Consultants, Inc., you have provided us with personal, non-public information, about yourself or your company. This information is fundamental to our ability and our commitment to furnish to you, the finest products and the best customer service. We do place great importance on keeping your personal information private and secure.

Generally, the application forms and questionnaires that you complete provide us with all the information that we need to properly evaluate the providing of insurance products and services and to calculate proper pricing. Information Gathering

The Security Consultants, Inc. website is designed to give our customers and prospective customers a confidential means of gathering information about our company, services and products and for doing business with us over the Internet. In general, our site will only collect consensual data from you that will be used to quote requests. We do log general statistical information such as the domain name, IP address and browser type of our site visitors through a site reporting tool that runs on our server. This information is used internally only to show activity and trends of our site usage to our content providers. The log file information does not contain personally identifiable information, such as name, address, phone, etc. We may share information about you in the normal business of conducting insurance operations such as providing you with an insurance quote. For example, for auto insurance, we routinely obtain a report of any accidents or convictions from the State Motor Vehicle Department.
